2024-2025 Studio Calendar
Fall Classes Begin Monday September 16, 2024
Tuition & Billing
Our Tuition is billed quarterly, based on 'Terms'. We have 4 Terms in our Dance Year.
Tuition is due the FIRST WEEK of each Term. Late Payment will be subjected to a $25 Late Fee
Term 1: 9/16- 11/23
Term 2: 11/25 - 2/1 (Due to the Holiday Break, Late Fees won't be applied until 12/9/2024)
Term 3: 2/3 - 4/12
Term 4: 4/14 - 6/8 (Due to Spring Break, Late Fees won't be applied until 4/28/2025)
Studio Closings
Please Note that our studio is CLOSED for the Following:
Halloween: Thursday, October 31
Thanksgiving: Monday November 25 - Saturday November 30 (Classes Resume Monday 12/2)
Christmas: Monday December 23 - Saturday January 4 (Classes Resume Monday 1/6)
February Break: Monday February 17 - Saturday February 22 (Classes Resume Monday 2/24)
Spring Break: Monday April 14 - Saturday April 18 (Classes Resume Monday 4/21)
Memorial Day: Saturday May 24 - Monday May 26 (Classes Resume Tuesday 5/27)
*Our studio is OPEN Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, & Martin Luther King Jr. Day
In the event of a weather related closing, notifications will be sent via
Text Message, Email, & Social Media Postings (Facebook & Instagram)
Visitor's Weeks
Each of our 3 studio's has one observation week a year where students may bring up to 2 adult family members to observe class.
Studio A: Monday January 20 - Saturday January 25
Studio B: Monday January 27 - Saturday February 1
Studio C: Monday February 3 - Saturday February 8
Snow Day Make Up Week: February 10 - February 15
Christmas & June Recitals & Rehearsals
Our Christmas Show Benefit Performance at Wayne Central High School Performing Arts Center

Rehearsal Dates: TBA
*We will make every possible attempt to announce rehearsal schedules as soon as possible, however, we do not have control over the days that we are granted by the school. Please keep your calendar open during this time of year to avoid rehearsal conflicts as Rehearsals are MANDATORY.
Our annual June Recital is held at the Wayne Central School High School Performing Arts Center
June Recital Dates:
Show 1: Saturday June 7, 1pm
Show 2: Saturday June 7, 5pm
Show 3: Sunday June 8, 3pm
Rehearsal Dates: TBA
